Your organization owns it. Export the whole community — people, groups, events, history — as a plain spreadsheet at any time, then permanently delete the canvas and its stored data. No hold, no downgrade trap.
Encrypted at rest, never sold, never fed to advertising, and actually deleted when you delete it — on every plan, including free. What we don’t claim is end-to-end encryption of the whole canvas: it would break search, break text-message delivery, and break the thing we care about most, which is that a link is enough to take part. If you need key custody or data residency on paper, that’s a conversation — talk to us.
